1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jitaace1 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through jitaace1, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

jitaace1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date displayed at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

jitaace1 provides online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other events), crash games, and related entertainment services. Access to specific features may vary depending on your location, device, and account verification status. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any feature or service at any time without prior notice.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of jitaace1 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Persons under 18 are prohibited from registering or participating in any real-money activity on jitaace1.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or regulatory restriction that prohibits you from gambling.
• You have not previously had an account on jitaace1 that was suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and using funds that belong to you and that have been obtained through lawful means.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 18 years of age, we will suspend the account immediately, withhold any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities where required. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned to the funding source after deducting any bonus amounts credited to the account.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access real-money services on jitaace1, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact method. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

One Account Rule

Each individual may register and maintain only one account on jitaace1. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jitaace1 will close all but the original account, confiscate any bonuses credited across duplicate accounts, and may permanently ban the player from the platform.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. jitaace1 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact our support team immediately via live chat.

We strongly recommend enabling all available security features on your account, including two-factor authentication where offered. All account activity conducted from your registered login session is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security compromise prior to the relevant activity occurring.

KYC Verification

jitaace1 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used to fund your account. KYC documents must be current, legible, and unaltered. Verified accounts enjoy faster withdrawal processing and higher transaction limits.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on jitaace1 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, and select other domestic bank transfer options. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary by payment method and account tier.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• jitaace1 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment account used must be registered in your own name and match the details on your jitaace1 account.
• jitaace1 does not charge any fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. First-time withdrawals may take up to 24 hours to process while KYC checks are completed. Subsequent verified withdrawals are typically processed within 2–6 hours.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The receiving payment method must match the account holder's verified identity on file.
• jitaace1 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal that it deems unusual in size, frequency, or pattern, as part of its anti-fraud and AML compliance procedures.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 before they may be withdrawn.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

jitaace1 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL cricket season, and the IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which form part of these Terms.

General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any associated funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page at the time the bonus is offered.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sports bets, and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or may not count at all. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins carry an expiry date from the point of credit. Any unused bonus funds or free spins that have not been played through by the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse and Fraud: jitaace1 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same promotion from multiple accounts, placing opposing bets to reduce risk while satisfying wagering requirements ("bonus hedging"), or using automated software to exploit bonus terms. Any such activity will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and potential recovery of any withdrawn funds associated with the abuse.

jitaace1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event that a bonus is credited to your account in error, we reserve the right to remove it and reverse any associated winnings, regardless of whether the wagering requirement has been partially or fully met.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on jitaace1, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in full compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or third-party payment instruments to fund your account.
• Initiating unauthorised chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or mobile financial service provider after completing transactions on jitaace1.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games such as poker or baccarat.
• Using automated bots, scripting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or mis-priced odds. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be removed from your account.
• Attempting to launder money or use jitaace1 for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jitaace1 staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
• Registering or using the platform on behalf of a third party, including acting as an agent or sub-agent for another person's gambling activity.

jitaace1 employs fraud detection systems, transaction monitoring, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players found to be in violation of this section will have their accounts actioned immediately. Any decision made by jitaace1 under this section is final.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Closure by the Player

You may request to close your jitaace1 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or by emailing support@jitaace1. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period through the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of 30 days to a permanent exclusion with no time limit. Closure or Suspension by jitaace1

jitaace1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion if: (a) the player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by applicable law or regulation; (c) we reasonably suspect fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity on the account; or (d) the player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, jitaace1 may freeze account balances pending investigation and may not be obligated to return funds where a breach is confirmed.

8 Limitation of Liability

jitaace1 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available, accurate, and free from errors, we do not warrant that: (a) the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free at all times; (b) any errors or defects in the platform will always be corrected; (c) the platform or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jitaace1, its directors, employees, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from: (a) your use of or inability to access the jitaace1 platform; (b) any outcome of any bet or game played on the platform; (c) any system downtime, technical failures, or network disruptions affecting the platform; (d) any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to secure your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions, together with any documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and jitaace1 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
